Our Story

We all seek connection, with each other, with ourselves. This quest leads us to express ourselves in many different ways. For us, a good satiating meal and coffee that hits the note became a medium of such a connection.

Sharing the breakfast and dinner table in our sangha with meals beautifully laid out, made us realize that these simple pleasures are what bring us to life if we do what we do with LOVE.

From this understanding emerged G-Shot Coffee Roastery and Cafe, a place where we connect through Food, Coffee, and Meditation.

G-Shot is an experiment based in awareness and meditation. Each of us works here hands-on. We source the best possible organic and locally sourced ingredients and make almost everything from scratch.

Our in-house coffee roastery churns out one of the best “Single Origin” coffees in India. We are geeky about that we do and have fun while doing it and make sure that this joy passes on to our guests.
